Wearing a 1980s Jumpsuit Because “I Can Ask: Is This Eternal, or Is This Transient?”

In this video I discuss why in moments of fear, frustration, anxiety and angst, we can ask ourselves, “Is this eternal (permanent), or is this transient (temporary)?”

This question helps align us back to a place of joy and peace because in asking ourselves, we recognize that the “problem” is most times only temporary and that “this too shall pass.”
